Senior Manager - Compliance - Banking

1. Create a seamless process for reporting all bank compliances/covenants, contributing to a better time & data management system.

2. Monitoring of the Compliance with each bank with respect to the covenants and agreement. To ensure timely & complete reporting of each bank's compliances & covenants that are due.

3. To monitor & compile data to be sent, at the time of initiation of new banking relationships.

4. Prepare proposals to banks within TAT and maintain accuracy.

5. Documentation review at the time of each loan execution

6. Provide the required data to rating agencies.

7. Handling a Team and motivating them.

8. Cash Flow Management

9. Maintain good relationships with various entities such as Bankers/NBFCs/FIs/Rating Agencies/Consultants, etc.

10. Maintain various internal MIS with accuracy to seek proper control of process and data from the team.

11. Raise funds through various kinds of debt instruments

12. Responsible for all compliance and returns for submission to banks/institutions

13. Grow relationships with investors and bankers

14. Make presentations about the organization to key stakeholders on a regular basis
