Compliance :&nbsp; - Developing and tracking internal policies that is required for legal and regulatory obligations. - Developing framework, policies, processes and documentation with respect to compliance in each of our various business verticals. - Implement AML/KYC guidelines. - Perform monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory and process requirements. - Provide Compliance training regularly. - Reporting to Board and Management committees. - Develop Risk Registers, KRIs and dashboards for Compliance reporting. - Manage Compliance certification - Organization level. - Track labor law requirements. - Reporting to Management and Board Committees.
