Senior Manager - Compensation - BFSI

Our client is one of leading NBFC backed by a global fund based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for driving end to end total rewards projects.

- Partner with the business to ensure implementation of all c&b programs that are aligned with the strategic objectives and compliance.

- Develop framework to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to the management.

- Responsible to manage the ESOPs and incentive plans.

Preferred Candidate : 

- 5-7 years of experience.

- Strong subject matter expertise.

- Good interpersonal Skills for stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical skills.
