Qualifications and Skills :
- Must have an MBA degree (Only from Premier B schools)
- 2 - 5 years of total experience (with minimum 2 years in HR Ops/Compensation) at a reputed firm after MBA from Premier B schools - Tier 1
- 3 to 6 years of experience in case of tier 2 MBA colleges with relevant experience in comp and Ben or HR Ops.
- Open to Work related travel
- Passionate about growth and amenable to a 6 day work week setup.
- Gets excited by scale and working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Excel Skills and correspondence/ writing and oral skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Sincerity, High Learnability and passion for growth
- Hands on approach for operational excellence; detail orientation and bias for action
