Role: Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Reporting to: HR Head

Responsibilities:

- Managing Total Rewards for the company

- Responsible for incremenet and bonus cycles

- C&B Benchmarking

- Designing employee friendly C&B structures

- Designing incentives structures

- Managing statutory compliances

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 years' experience in C&B

- MBA from a top tier B-School

- Comfortable working in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
