Resposiblities Include :

- Analysing and evaluating issues in HR

- Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including excel, PowerPoint and database management

- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds- There will be a considerable interaction with senior business leaders.

- Researching and reading data and reports

- Ability to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices

- Designing sales incentives across 60 plans and using analytics around that

- Designing Job Evaluation framework/ Setting out Job Descriptions

- Making profitability dashboards

- Organisational analytics
