Role :
- Re-design the existing compensation structure, or introduces new processes.
- Collects feedback about the performance of compensation processes and develops/implements the process improvements. compensation budget and manages costs
- Design the job-based reward structure with data from job analysis and job evaluation. -
- Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization. -
- Prepares the compensation and benefit budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget. - Coordinates processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, benefits introduction etc.
- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company.
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Labor cost and salary forecast simulation by MS excel.
- Experience as a compensation specialist based on merit-increase system.
