- Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Advice Management Responsible for Global Overseas Countries HR Payroll advice which includes compensation and Benefits details of employees.

- Guide the team to run the day in day out HR operations includes System updates, Contract, Deputation / Secondment / Amendment letter issuance, compensation validation, maintaining tracker, preparation of reports, payroll a dvice and Employee Life Cycle Management, Automated Document Management System.

- Cost Analysis, Cost Optimization Analysis .

- Recommending on compensation benchmark.

- HR Analytics

- Budgeting, Utilization, sign-off, letters roll-out till Payroll Processing
