- Benchmark & Review of HR Policies, Statutory Compliance administration.
- Align C&B policies inline with Global C&B policies.
- Strategize annual salary budgets to ensure alignment with short and long term financial goals of the organization
- Design and manage employee benefits program.
- Benchmark and create HR policy framework.
- Participate and support compensation market surveys to benchmark internal parity.
