- We are hiring for one of our clients who are the leader in the Electronic Manufacturing Services space in India.
- They currently do not have a reward system in place. So, for this role they need a person who can take up the challenge and set up their whole reward system in place from scratch.
- Frame the required policies and plans and get the ground running. Current employee strength of the company is more than 30k.
- This role will report to the CHRO
- Preferred candidate will be someone who has worked in compensation and benefits for the substantial amount in their career.
- Industry no bar. Its 5 days work from office role. (No work from home or hybrid option available).
