Job Profile :
- Responsible for independently managing and delivering solutions across complete consulting practice focusing on Rewards
- Good Exposure of Position Evaluations, Competency Frameworks, Career Architecture, Compensation Plan Design, Engagement Surveys etc
- Engage independently with prospective clients and identify opportunities to pursue
- Research material on the client organization to understand the context and requirement
- Independently interacts with client teams regarding project deliverable's and reviewing progress
- Supervises a team of Analysts
- Defines goals for the team and provides guidance and support in meeting the goals
- Provides feedback on a regular basis
- Plans development of the team members
Desired :
- Looking for Professionals with 6-9 years experience in Rewards, Position Evaluations, Competency Frameworks, Career Architecture, Compensation Plan Design, Engagement Surveys etc.
- Candidate should be MBA (2007-2010 Batch only)
