Job Description :

- Head the C&B for various entities within the group.

- Manage senior stakeholders of the organisation.

- They own businesses spanning across agribusiness, telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing and have been operational for 40+ years.

Description :

1. Manage C&B across all levels, primarily for the senior management

2. Manage C&B for other entities withing the group

3. Manage and head actives like compensation bench-marking, job evaluation, executive compensation, etc

4. Strategize and implement processes and policies

Profile :

You must :

1. Come with 4-9 years of experience

2. Have experience in handling compensation bench-marking, job evaluation, executive compensation, etc
