Details about the position:

Position : Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM

Requisites :

- Any Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering & MBA/Equivalent degree in Business Administration from a Tier1 institute with 4-6 years of experience in C&B

- Should have additional certifications in compensation and benefits from reputed institutes preferred

- Should have designing and leading annual compensation, equity and incentive programs

- Should possess analytical and project management skills

- Should have ability to plan and drive changes in the compensation strategy post mergers and acquisitions

- Should be Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment

- Should have ability to proactively recognize, plan and act on the need for innovation and improvement in the processes

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Strategic, Functional/Operational & Team related role

- Responsible for defining and developing global compensation strategy for Technology by identifying gaps, implementing best practices through competitive benchmarking and job evaluation and use of relevant models and tools to establish best-in-class processes

- Responsible for designing compensation plans for effective talent acquisition and talent retention by ensuring the plans are performance driven and market competitive

- Responsible for benchmarking compensation practices in line with industry and suggest continuous improvement

- Responsible for developing, designing and implementing compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, annual and long-term incentive plan design, overall competitive pay analysis and pay-for-performance alignment

- Responsible for leading the implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues

- Responsible for liaising with internal departments and external vendors to develop and support tools for business compensation needs

- Responsible for leading a team of compensation professionals and partner with the HR Business Partners and senior leadership to establish efficient processes for compensation and drive the annual compensation cycle
