- Responsible for job analysis/evaluation as and when required
- Work under the guidance of compensation/benefit consultant & and provide support with respect to C&B processes and guidelines implementations/management
- Responsible for supporting the year-end annual review cycle
- Responsible /aligned as spoc for a/few lines of businesses in India to manage market assessment & compensation consulting to assist in business problems
- Involved in some of the key compensation/benefits projects
- Evaluate, design and upgrade benefits programs as per functional and business needs
- May manage one/two benefit offerings under supervision of senior benefits consultants
- Manage benefit administration for assigned benefit programs
Desired Skills
- Certifications in Compensation, rewards etc. would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to working with international stakeholders/partners, internal business and HR partners
- Proven experience of providing thought leadership to overcome challenges and lead without direct authority.
- Gravity to interact at all levels of management to support resolution of complex business issues and good understanding of risk & compliance
