Our Client, Global leader in Portfolio Solutions provides services focused on high value, knowledge-based functions is looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic and high energy leader for the role of Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits who will bring in new ideas, thoughtful strategies, smart questions and a fresh perspective to our collaborative team.

An analytical individual with a knack for numbers and has the drive to bring together internal leadership teams to deliver innovative and best-in-class compensation programs.

In this role, you will be focused on taking the compensation practice for our Technology and e-commerce teams to the next level. You will work on building the overall compensation philosophy, work on the actual strategy and lead an array of core total rewards-related activities.

Role and responsibilities:

Strategic:

- Define and develop our global compensation strategy for Technology by identifying gaps, implementing best practices through competitive benchmarking and job evaluation and use of relevant models and tools to establish best-in-class processes

- Design compensation plans for effective talent acquisition and talent retention by ensuring the plans are performance driven and market competitive

- Benchmark our compensation practices in line with industry and suggest continuous improvement

Functional/operational:

- Develop, design and implement compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, annual and long-term incentive plan design, overall competitive pay analysis and pay-for-performance alignment

- Lead the implementation and management of compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and other compensation issues

- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to develop and support tools for business compensation needs

Team related:

- Lead a team of compensation professionals and partner with the HR Business Partners and senior leadership to establish efficient processes for compensation and drive the annual compensation cycle

Qualification requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering

- MBA/Equivalent degree in Business Administration from a Tier-I institute

- Candidates with additional certifications in compensation and benefits from reputed institutes preferred

- Minimum years of experience

- 10 to 14 years total experience out of which 4-6 years of overall experience in compensation and benefits, including global compensation experience

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in designing and leading annual compensation, equity and incentive programs

- Above par analytical and project management skills

- Ability to plan and drive changes in the compensation strategy post mergers and acquisitions

- Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment

- Ability to proactively recognize, plan and act on the need for innovation and improvement in the processes
