Compensation & Benefits -Sr Manager Reports To: Head - ELC Location: Head Office-Mumbai - Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy & Total Rewards Framework - Preparation of compensation budgets - Compensation benchmarking for India & overseas markets - Creation & Implementation of Incentive/ Bonus/ Performance Pay Plans within the Statutory Framework - Sound understanding of statutory regulation related to compensation Compensation and Benefits : - Responsible for compensation & benefits benchmarking for Indian & overseas markets - Preparation & monitoring of compensation budgets - Preparation of various compensation stimulations - Responsible for implementation of ESOP scheme. - Understanding of statutory framework wrt LWF, PF, ESIC, Min wages etc - Responsible for successful implementation of Total reward framework. - Responsible for creation of compensation structures & aligning employees with the grid. - Responsible to ensure and provide necessary data monthly, including new hires, salary change etc. for payroll process (including pre- payroll) in a timely manner. - End to End Knowledge of compensation - MBA-HR with overall 10-15yrs experience. - Relevant Compensation experience of at least 7 - 8 yrs
