- Collaborate with senior leadership to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Lead efforts to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures..

- Efficiently, direct and Total Reward solutions, including design and implementation of Variable pay plan, synchronized with business requirements.

- Ongoing efforts to optimize total rewards design including long term incentives specially Esops, and support the achievement of strategic business objectives and sustainable business results, while maintaining parity with the industry.

- Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

- Lead HR Operations team

- HR business partnering role for specific issues and queries, with excellent stakeholder management as a prime deliverable.
