Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI

Compensation and Benefits:

- Design & implement compensation programs to meet objectives with respect to internal equity & market competitiveness.

- Implementing the increment cycle PAN India.

- Participating in salary benchmarking surveys.

- Proposal for Incentive scheme redesign.

Performance Management System:

- Developing and implementing the Performance Appraisal.

- Manage the performance management process for PAN India.

- Design campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of the performance appraisal cycle amongst employees.

- Design & facilitate sessions on Performance Appraisals,How to conducting effective appraisals for leads and Head of Department.
