Performance Management System:
- Developing and implementing the Performance Appraisal.
- Manage the performance management process for PAN India.
- Design campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of the performance appraisal cycle amongst employees.
- Design & facilitate sessions on Performance Appraisals,How to conducting effective appraisals for leads and Head of Department.
