Role Summary:
- Supporting in the design, implementation and management of compensation, benefits and incentives in the organization
- Data analysis and advance analytics to identify trends in comp & benefits
- Other HR operational activities like policy creation and adherence, budget management etc.
- Required - Proficiency in HRIS, excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or HR certification
