Senior Manager - Community Programs/Events

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Developing strategic relationships with industry associations, business incubators and other networks

- Organizing mentorship sessions, workshops, networking events

- Creating a strong event calendar

- Connecting with startup mentors, successful entrepreneurs, industry leader and creating opportunities of connecting them with community

- Ensuring participation in relevant conferences, seminars, exhibitions as sponsor, delegates, speaker etc

- Identifying channels and ways to connect with startup and SME community

- Introducing innovative programs to engage community

Qualifications:

- Strong Networking Skills

- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills required

- Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in Startup/SME associations

- Ability to work independently
