Position: We are looking for a Lead, Community Operations to build, operate & scale the Community Operations team to lead strategic & impactful initiatives Pan-India. Location: Remote Working as long as the person can travel when required. Eventually, HO will be Bangalore with small offices across India. CTC : 25 - 30,00,000 + Attractive ESOPs Job Profile: - Be the owner of our Community Support performance metrics (such as Efficiency, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, SLA and Contact Rate) - Pilot and own initiatives that transform our operations and improve the level of service we provide - Deliver strong customer operations outcomes in both efficiency and quality always considering the agreed service level agreements - Project management: Be a hustling multi-tasker, supporting projects across the region - Engage strategically with partners, be it category managers, functional or regional teams to influence business goals and priorities - Draw relevant recommendations that help drive the growth, by investigating into the numbers and make data oriented decisions and process improvements; Candidate Profile: - 8+ years experience whether it be in a startup, bank, consultancy, operations, or corporate, you are someone who loves leading change in a fast-paced environment - Strategic mentality: You are comfortable in the weeds, but are also able to see the bigger picture and pivot strategically as the environment around you changes. - You're passionate about the opportunity to build and experiment with support processes, and are willing and able to lead others in iterating and executing them - Strong business judgement and critical thinking skills to identify, report, and mitigate key risks - A lover of process and optimization: you are passionate about building processes and implementing them across the organization in a consistent and organized manner - A bias for action and problem-solving skills: You embrace challenges and take ownership to create solutions. - Data driven and analytical approach: You can look at data and know how to get impactful outcomes and explain the same in a digestible way. - A strong communicator and collaborator: you are a phenomenal teammate and will work as a team to achieve extraordinary results. - Able to work in a constantly evolving environment: you have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks - SQL, coding, or programming experience
