Senior Manager - Communication - Coworking Space
Looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience from:

Role:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Also reconcile related marketing budgets.
- Work with PR and Marketing to coordinate deadlines, objectives, and schedules.
- Coordinate with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Discuss issues with interdepartmental staff and management and enlist procedures to tackle them
- Driving increased membership numbers
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Creating, managing and growing the company's presence through IG, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.
- Coordinate with club manager to analyze all financial performance and organize work for all internal resources and recommend solution to increase productivity of club.
- Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Responsible for Sales Mailers, follow ups and conversion of prospective members
- Handling and managing tours
- Attending Broker Events
- Create a friendly environment to facilitate high client satisfaction.
- Responsible for lead generation and community management
Operations :
- Execute and launch community initiatives at the centre
- Maximize up-time and availability of key facilities assets like the Wi-Fi network, cafe, printers/copiers
- Resolve issues as per timeline
- Oversee new client on-boarding and off boarding at the centre
- Schedule and arrange meetings, prepare MOM as and when necessary
- Helping Admin Managers to follow up on invoices
Hospitality :
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients, vendors & support staff
- Lead regular performance reviews of CRE
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
