Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

- Sales Finance Manager, Commercial Controller - Controlling the trade investments and their ROI's - Single point Finance contact for all commercial and financial matters with Retailers and Modern Trade Customers.

- Support the preparation of budgets/Annual Operating Plan along with submission of monthly forecasts along with ensuring that the monthly forecasts are in line with the actuals.

- Ideating & drive process improvement, Profit & cost improvement projects working capital mgt., customer delight & issue resolution.

- Finance Support for all emerging new Businesses, Channels, play an instrumental role on the projects assigned etc.

- Custodian of Customer Masters, Vendor masters, Claims, Promotional ROI's, Expenses and Product listings.

- Managing the Customer Pricings, Reconciliations, Claims settlements and Receivable issues.

- To handle the PAN India activities for trade finance related to Budgeting, allocations, Monthly closings and Reporting.

- Partnering with the various Key Partners, to manage customers appointment / termination, terms, credit and returns on investments.

- Review & implementation of commercial policies & SOPs, maintain MRP to NSV value chain and structural & promotional discount.

- Co-Pilot the numerous policies - Claim settlement, including scheme credit notes, on a periodic basis with the customers. Quarterly accounts reconciliation and No Due certificates.

- Manage business objectives and conduct performance reviews at various levels to track organizational performance, including category, channel, region, and pack profitability.

- Partnering with the Marketing team to ensure that the spends remain within the budgets and justification for spends realignment if any.

- Periodic review of Standard operating process and creation of New SOP as per business requirement.

- Monthly review of commercials & Receivables with channel head (Spend - Plan vs Actual, claim settlement status, Analysis on various trades spends).

- Co-pilot for driving sales, Commercial hygiene, governance & internal control including business partner management.
