Designation : Senior Manager - Commercial & Accounts

Posting shall be in our new plant at Panchkula and will be responsible for both the units of Parwanoo & Panchkula

4. Function & Unit : Commercial & Accounts KPAC (Packaging Division)

5. Reporting To : Unit Head and Business Head

6. No. of positions : 1 position

7. Role Description : We are looking for a Senior Manager-Commercial & Accounts to monitor all the financial and commercial aspects of manufacturing Unit.

MAJOR DELIVERABLES:

1. Ensure proper management of Funds / CC Limits / Working Capital.

2. Finalization of books of account on quarterly and annual basis.

3. Complete knowledge and Co-Ordination in Audits Process (Statutory / Internal / Stock / FAR etc.) on regular internal as and when required.

4. Unit Balance Sheet finalization on quarterly and annual basis.

5. Ensure all Income Tax / GST / Sales tax & TDS Compliances, liaisoning and any matter litigated with concerned authority.

6. Ensure liaisoning and assessment related to financial matters.

7. Budgeting, MIS or any report as required by Management.

8. Takeover the administrative charge of the Commercial team

9. Stores & Purchase Management and commercial matters.

C. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Age : 30-35 years

2. Educational Qualification : Qualified CA / Inter CA / M.COM / MBA

3. Total Years of Experience : 10-15 years.

4. CTC including variable pay : 15-18 Lacs p.a. including variable pay.

5. Experience in KDDL Ltd. : More than 4 years

6. Essential Skills Required :

1. Attributes (Exposure Characteristics)

- Risk Analysis

- Knowledge of all statutory policies and compliances.

- Effective utilization of resources

- Knowledge of Ind AS, Accounting, Financial Management, Banking, GST & Income Tax provisions.

2. Functional Competencies

- Data analysis

- Exposure to Tally accounting software (ERP 9) is mandate while knowledge of SAP is desirable.

- Knowledge of MIS.

- Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI & TDS provisions.
