Senior Manager - Collections Operations for a leading BFSI Client.

Job Description:

- Responsible for Cash Management Services and Collections Operations for PAN India

- Manage end to end payment reconciliation process

- Responsible for overall ECS-SI process management

- Overseeing daily complaints/queries and provide an accurate resolution within the agreed timeline

- Coordinate with the team for daily processing and dispatch of mandate to the vendor for registration

- To analyze and share the critical inputs with senior management on a weekly monthly basis

- Develop new payment strategies for online/offline payment methods

Desired Profile:

- Looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Cash Management Services and Collections Operations.

- Must be from Banking and Insurance Industry.
