Senior Manager - Collections - FinTech/NBFC/Bank

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with either Fintech/ NBFC/ Banks.

The candidate should have worked in the collection department and should be well versed with Collection terminologies, FLDG, DPD, NPA, SMA 1/2/3, NACH presentation and bounce, understanding of legal proceedings related to collections.

- The candidate should be an expert in MS Excel. Knowledge of macros and SQL will be an added advantage.

- The candidate should have at least basic knowledge of reconciliation.

- The candidate should have good communication skills for creating, implementing and following the SOPs.

- The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills that will help interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

- The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude towards work to resolve issues in a time bound manner.
