Senior Manager - Collection - FinTech

Our clients are a leading Fin-Tech organization catering to the needs of individuals / B2C clients. They are expanding rapidly and for their growth plans they are looking for extremely competent professional collections senior managers to take on independent responsibilities. The positions are based in Mumbai & Bangalore.

Job Profile :

1. Overseeing Collections staff members working on the BNPL product and a Collections call centre to ensure accurate and timely collections from customers of this product.

2. Achieving Collections goals and targets for the department and reporting metrics to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

3. Creating and implementing strategies to improve the Collections of outstanding dues.

4. Implementing Collections policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding dues and providing tracking and MIS against actions taken per the policies / procedures.

5. Ensuring that the company's policies and procedures on recoveries are followed and that they are in line with all the relevant state and national regulations.

6. Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs. - Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.

7. Training and mentoring staff members in the Collections department

Candidate Profile:

1. Graduates / Post-Graduates with 8-12 years working on recovering repayments from current and delinquent borrowers/customers, for small ticket, unsecured (i.e., without any collateral) Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) loan products.

2. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Education and Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in Collections at a fintech or NBFC is required.

Our clients are looking for accomplished Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Automobile / Electrical Engineers with 20-30 years experience in leading operations in auto ancillaries in manufacturing, production planning, Quality functions. Experience in managing multi-locational plants is desirable.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
