Senior Manager - CMS Product Sales

Brief Background of the job: Servicing of Key clients for CMS Business in various business segments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Resolution of queries of various customers related to CMS

2. Cross-sell digital solution to customers (CIB/Paypro/Power Access/GST Payment)

3. Ensure completion of hand holding activities associated to CMS products clients within given timeline.

4. Achievement of Revenue from mapped segment on CMS

Academic Qualifications Required: Graduate in any Discipline, MBA/PGDBM in Finance /Systems/Ops Research/ Networking will be preferred

Professional Relevant Work Experience Required: Has dealt with CMS Sales / CMS Service /CMS product role for a considerable period and is comfortable in handling CMS Products of the bank. Basic knowledge of Information and Technology will be an added advantage.
