Senior Manager/Cluster Lead - Retail Sales

1) Responsible for Sales of Products of "Home & Distribution Vertical" in the assigned cluster

2) Appointment of Distributor in the unrepresented geographies.

3) Improve the Area Wise Distribution/ Reach by appointing the retailer, to train and work with PTP's DSOs for effective secondary sales business.,

4) Develop Strong networking with Builders, Architects, Interior designers, consultants & Contractors for product approvals and project business,

5) Responsible for the Demand Generation by utilizing the manpower BDO for Tertiary Sales and development of focused retailers.

6) Implementation of secondary Scheme to Retailer, BTL activities for influencers like electricians and electrical contractors as per SOP
