Position: Senior Manager - Cloud Platform Engineering and Services

Job Location - Noida (Delhi / NCR)

Salary : INR 40 - 42 Lakhs PA + Bonus

Qualification Requirements:

- A Master degree in Computer Science or Business with Focus on Information Technology is required

- Must have experience in Cloud Solutions Delivery and familiar with cloud architectures especially public clouds such as AWS, Azure, GCE

- At least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including in a multi-site environment

- Working knowledge of current open source technologies and DevOps practices

Job Description:

- Directly manages the production services and cloud reliability engineering teams

- Indirectly manages other technology and IT teams in our India office

- Responsible for production service levels and reliability of global cloud platform

- Responsible for all technology services for India office

- Acts as a member of the local executive leadership team, and works closely with the platform and engineering leadership teams in the US

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop, manage and supervise local technology teams

- Manage 24x7 production services for a global cloud platform

- Promote a DevOps culture, working with global platform and development teams

- Automate the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of technology systems

- Responsible for incident and problem management of cloud platform services

- Provide regular reporting on systems reliability metrics and SLAs

- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to technology teams and to end-users

- Keep current with the latest tools and technologies

- Develop and implement technology policies and procedures

- Write department annual budgets and manage funds per budget approval

- Maintain security controls and procedures

- Manage technology infrastructure, projects, policies and procedures

- Negotiate and manage vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and services
