Senior Manager - Client Support - BFSI

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in investment finance and exposure to the Global financial markets.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: -

- Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication

- Lead a team of up to 5 staff members who are all PGs with an experience of up to 3 years

- Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and assist in internal operations

- Help drive continuous improvement of our service and an excellent client experience

- Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and Research functions

- You will be leading the front end of the business function and will need to have the dedication to create and apply an effective client communication. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by providing strong client support and building lasting relationships with clients.

- You will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and Market Analysis.

The specific work streams will include the following activities: -

- Leading the existing teams and the function of Client & Sales Support management.

- Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service.

- Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the products that we offer.

- Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.

- Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.

- Study ongoing economic events in the global market. Help the team in developing and writing research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.

- Any other work streams as required for growth and development of the Business.

Qualification and Skills Required:

- MBA Finance, MA Economics, M.Com. with prior work experience of 6-8 years.

- Experience of working in a Client Support role within the Financial services industry
