Role title - Senior Manager

Qualification - MBA / CA

Experience - 7 to 15 years

Responsibilities

- Incumbent has to handle NSCCL operations & Membership activities.

- Verify bank guarantees and other collaterals offered by members for their validity in line with checklists

- To obtain rectification, modification or amendment of instruments issued by banks on behalf of CC.

- Constantly monitor net worth of banks for approvals.

- Follow credentials to check banks compliance with internal and SEBI norms.

- Resolving Member, Banks, Custodian and Regulatory Queries in time bound manner

- Support for CIM to Members, Banks and Custodians

- Track and Receive requests for release of collateral on a day to day basis so that members can trade as per limits.

- Perform physical and system checks for verification for collateral to ensure safe custody and error free operations and compliance

- Preparation and submission of Approval notes of Membership applications - Change in Shareholding and directors

- Following up with Members for various regulatory submissions to the Exchange

- Processing of the new membership applications wrto the regulatory requirements

- Continuous guidance to the TMs wrto various regulatory requirements of the Exchange
