Senior Manager - Claims - Insurance

Scope of Role :

- Responsible to ensure the claims - all product lines (GMC & NON GMC) are settled within the determined timelines

- To ensure seamless client service and query handling

- To ensure that the team is maintaining the timelines of closure of claims and effectively communicating with the clients

- To look at any query from the clients perspective and ensure seamless communication with the client.

Knowledge & Skills Required :

- Understanding of various domains Viz ..Property, Engineering, Marine, Miscellaneous risks

- An ability to analyze and comprehend claims in the backdrop of the Insurance Policy .

- Experience on handling Large claims with a good working relationship with Loss Adjusters and various Insurers

- Experience of visiting various claim sites across Property / Engineering claims & able to handle meetings with Clients

- Team Management Skills

- Strong Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

- Strong Presentation Skills

- A Pleasant Personality with a skill of patience & listening with a problem solving approach
