Senior Manager - Civil/MEP - Interior Fitout - Real Estate

Job Description

- MUST HAVE lead projects in interior fitout with good experience in client management.

- Worked in Grade A PMC. (JLL, CBRE, C&W, Colliers etc.)

- Capable to overview 2-3 projects

- Experience in Client Management and project execution

- Must have experience in leading project of large scale

- Expertise in handling contracts effectively

- Cost and Risk Management

- Flawless Communications and negotiation skills

- End to end knowledge of project delivery

- Efficient in vendor management

- Shall be proficient in technical side of project to do design review and quality implementation

- Exposure on filling up RFP and business pitch document

- Exposure to business development will be an added advantage

- Planning and budgeting skills
