Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building zero to one initiative and owns cross-functional projects for overall business growth.
- Champions and tracks OKRs for the organization at leadership level.
- Drives 1-2 key strategic projects and cross-functional projects.
- Synthesized updates on other projects for CEO / CXOs.
- Works closely with the CEO to identify new categories/ channels, conduct primary market research and launch two new ancillary services over the next 18 months.
- Work with all functions like Sales, Marketing, Business Development to drive prioritization & execution of growth opportunities throughout the entire company.
- Collaborates closely with business teams to deliver on shared OKRs for growth and profitability.
- Being the driver of business review & governance - ensuring that all key actionable and initiatives are getting documented, addressed and resolved.
- To handle/coordinate group BD & Marketing across group (3+ companies).
- This will include but not be restricted to :a) Business Development coordination activities b) Business Partners / alliances coordination).
Qualifications and Experience :
- 5 - 8 years of experience with cross functional operating experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development or a P&L role will be a plus.
- MBA from top tier institutions.
- Experience with high-growth startups would be desirable.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives at a large scale.
- Deep expertise in forecasting and dealing with complexities.
- High EQ, able to influence without authority, Peer to CXOs.
