CTC- INR 22-27 lpa

- Experience- 10 plus years in talent acquisition with minimum 3-4 years with BFSI hiring experience

- Manage end-to-end hiring process for Corporate office and sales

- Market Mapping and Sourcing potential candidates from various sources like internal references, recruitment firms, social media and databases

- Researching and pitching about the opportunity to candidates

- Ability to lead conversation with leadership team

- Managing Hiring cost

- Responsible for hiring dashboard, MIS and HR Analytics
