Key Responsibilities:

- Partner Profiling

- Identification of potential Strategic Alliances (Bancassurance(JV/Non-JV) partners, corporate agents and Brokers, Group business partners).

- Analyzing the potential of the partner and devising a structured approach towards converting the same to a closure

- Hunting

- Presentations to Banks/Partners/Business Associates

- Creation of differentiated propositions

- Lead tracking

Skills & Work Experience:

- At least 8 years of experience in the Indian Insurance Industry/Banking in a similar role in a GI/LI Company

- Proven track record of initiating and implementing business

- Excellent knowledge of competition and industry

- Post Graduate

- Good knowledge of insurance

- Relationship Management

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent documentation skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to lead a team
