Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Individual contributor role

Our Client a Leading Mutual Fund house is hiring of Sales - Key Relationships role.

Skills : Strong Mutual Fund & Capital Market know-how, Good communication & confident

Budget : Current Salary should be up to 10LPA

Skills required :

- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share

- Channel management across key counters in the respective location.

- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch

- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries

- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region

- Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.

- In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)

- High Enthusiasm & Aggression

- Team Managing Skills

- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
