CTC : Negotiable + incentives ( depending upon current CTC)

Position : Senior Manager / Chief Manager - Risk & Fraud ( Health Insurance )

Job Profile :

Implementation of Operational Risk Management Framework :

- Identification and monitoring of key risk indicators for all functional lines and drafting necessary mitigation plans along with the process owners to reduce the operational risk profile.

- Developing risk registers for core processes and products to determine the inherent and managed risk levels

- Quantification of the Risks.

- Conduct the operational risk assessment across functions and branches, and implementing control mechanisms to mitigate risks.

- Conduct KRI related training for various business & support groups

- Ensuring periodical control assessments.

- Implement Loss data Collection process across the organization for all branches and functions

- Conducted awareness trainings on operational risk management for an effective risk management system.

- Quarterly data communication for Operational Risk calculation at group level.

- Management and coordination of issues including operational risk related action points to closure.

- Identify and analyze fraud risks and create a case to hand it over to the Fraud Investigation team

- Monitor Reputation Risk for the company

- Conduct Operational risk Maturity assessment comparing the maturity of Ops Risk in comparison with Group Ops Risk policy

- Preparation of the presentation for stakeholders.

Requirements :

Industry : Health Insurance / Life Insurance / General Insurance

- Some Exposure of internal audit preferred.
