Senior Manager/Chief Manager - RaRoc - Risk Management

Business & financial analytics:

- Strong understanding of RBI BASEL III norms and its application.

- Should have strong understanding of PD, LGD, Maturity and RWA calculation

- Able to understand and interpret RBI circulars and guidelines

- Should have strong knowledge on implication/changes required for regulatory compliance (BASEL, CCAR) for large banks

- Ability to explain domain concepts to development teams

- Good knowledge of wholesale banking products and Capad computation

- Responsible for computation of Operating risk, Market risk & credit risk of banking products.

- Analyzing wholesale banking credit proposals w r t RaRoc computation

Management Reporting:

- Preparing various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision making by the Management.

- Prepare review presentations on an ongoing basis for management reviews

- Co-ordination and exchange of info with various business groups to support the cross-synergy efforts

- Coordination with the central FINCON team to ensure that data reporting is correct and in sync with the reporting standards

Systems development and testing: Support towards systems related

Indicative Requirements:

1. CA / MBA with preferably 4-5 years of relevant experience preferably in BFSI segment (post qualification)

2. Analytical/Logical bent of mind with strong inter-personal skills

3. Ability to network and liaise with different teams

4. Strong command on MS office will be preferred
