1. Process Audit of Operation department of the branches of East Region.

2. Annual audit plan

3. Conducting training to staffs of operation department about the operation process and internal control

4. Supervision & Execution of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, fraud investigation & other special audit assignment of MNC Companies, Banks.

5. Development of audit planning memo, audit scope/risk control matrix and audit program for business process.

6. Supervision & execution of audit assignments as per audit plan. Ensure quality of work, deliverables and timelines of audits.

7. Discussion of audit issues and recommendations with vertical / functional heads for action plan and finalization of reports for audit committee meetings
