Job Purpose
The role of the HR partner is to make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the sales organization fits the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership. There is less focus on administration, compliance, and management, rather the focus of this partnership is to work with the big picture bringing noticeable changes for the organization.
Designation: Manager / Chief Manager - HR (Individual Contributor)
Reporting To - HR Business Partner - Sales HR
CTC - 15-20 Lakhs
Job Profile
1. Determines and steer the objectives of HR within the Sales Organization
2. The Manager / Partner would take initiative and provides leadership and mentorship to less experienced HR / business professionals within the business where s/he acts as the program/process leader for various HR initiatives, for example, performance management process, succession planning, or employee development.
3. The incumbent would create a people plans for the business in conjunction with the business leaders and its various department heads taking into account the wider HR agenda and any specific people issues that may be existent within the business/vertical.
4. S/he would Implement talent management/ PMS/ Talent Pipeline/ HR Scorecard and other strategic HR initiatives for all employees within the business and provides thought-leadership on issues that may avail improved operation and performance of the business as a whole as well as the HR department. This would be done in conjunction with the Zonal HR Teams, and the Corporate SMEs
5. S/he would provide support to stakeholders by coaching them into thinking innovatively about their work processes and team structures with a view of improving the business's overall efficiencies.
Education Qualification & Work Experience:
1. MBA HR with 5-10 years of quality HR experience
2. Experience Talent Management, Development and Strategic HR
3. Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic
4. Ability to liaise and interact with Senior Management.
