Essential Skills & Experience : 3-7 years (preferably in any HFCs, NBFCs or Banks in real estate vertical / Consulting firms - Real Estate Segment) with some exposure to real estate in Tier II cities preferable

Job Description :

- Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess investment transactions

- Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis

- Preparing Investment Committee presentation and Notes (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word)

- Coordinating and complying pre-disbursement and post documentation checklist

- Post disbursement- MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting of deviations from covenants.

- Evaluating various deals from credit and risk perspective and deep understanding of Tier -II markets

- Introducing new products for providing funding solutions to developers
