Urgent Hiring (CA + CS)

To provide support to the management on commercial & finance related matters.

Key responsibilities :

- Looking after Finance and Commercial sense of Handling Joint Ventures

- Fund Raising

- Handling Accounts & Finance

- Contract Management from Financial Perspective (Starting from Incorporation to Operation)

- Understanding of Tax (both Direct & Indirect)

- Well acquainted with Tendering and Bidding Process including preparing Projected Financials

PI's Skills/Competencies :

- Must have proficiency in finance & accounting as well as commercial matters.

- Be able to work independently.

- Aware of relevant developments from legal perspective.

- Ability to apply expertise & technology.
