Job Responsibilities :
- The role requires the person to manage the digital sales through online aggregators.
- The person will have to build strong relationship with relevant partners and help drive the sales numbers.
- The person is expected to identify and develop relationships with new partners as well as ensure internal alignments and coordination.
- Also ensure new partners are onboarded quickly and existing ones are leveraged fully.
Achievement of Business Plans :
- To own the business plan for the aggregator business
- Forge a strong relationship with online aggregator partners and ensure that new initiatives are discussed and launched with them
- End to end customer management including escalations.
Business expansion :
- Understand the digital space and the role of key players & continuously scan the domain for fresh alliances
Internal coordination and MIS :
- Work across functions such as Finance, HRM, IT, renewals etc to optimise processes and smoothen out any issues
- Do the relevant analysis and ensure that insights and data is readily available
Leadership :
- To proactively look to improve existing work practices and management practices in order to maximise the team's and departments performance and maximise sales opportunities.
- To develop and manage relationships with other sales channels maximise opportunities and business awareness, Ensure that all business initiatives are communicated and understood by the team.
Measures Of Success :
- Meet the business target in terms of revenue
- Add agreed upon no of new partners
- Ensure timely coordination of all cases

- Preferably Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
