Good exposure in Credit Project Finance related transaction involving - Large Corporate & Strategic, Rural, Infrastructure for the South Zone by conducting all the necessary activities to identify, assess and control Credit Risk.

Should have exposure of Hyderabad Location.

Good Exp in -

1) Responsible for preparing credit Approvals Memos.

2) Responsible for preparing balance sheet and proposals.

3) This role would be responsible for handling the - Proposal Sanction Management Process- for all lines of businesses (CME - Large Corporate & Strategic, Rural, Prequik, Infrastructure.) for the South Zone by conducting all the necessary activities to identify, assess and control Credit Risk.

4) Candidates must from Banks and NBFC Company.

5) Candidates will be responsible for large portfolio and large corporate.

6) Preparation of credit proposal and financial model of corporate clients; Closely working with credit team to ensure quality lending decisions

7) Financial Analysis and Project Appraisal for Debt Structuring

8) Preparing Credit Note, Term Sheet and Executing Loan documentation .

9) Due diligence, preparation of financial model, term sheet negotiation, structuring
