- Responsible for owning and driving the HR Strategy and HR Roadmap that is aligned to the Organizational Strategy and supports growth.
- Formulate strategic HR initiatives as part of Annual business HR strategy & Plan in consultation with different business leaders & stakeholders.
- Lead all People related initiatives in collaboration with Top Management for long term growth of the organization.
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.
- You will be charged with developing and executing the human resource strategy focused on bringing on board top talent across all levels, creating the people-centric systems and processes to retain and develop our talent pool.
