JOB DESCRIPTION - Program Manager

Position/Designation : Program Manager

Location : Mumbai

List The Duties and Responsibilities

- Nurture and grow existing partnerships

- Build and implement new programs and new campaigns

- Nurture and grow existing partnerships

- Identify potential business partnerships by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new opportunities

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills across hierarchies both internally and externally.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging extended network.

- To work with the internal team, marketing staff, and stakeholders to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.

- Plan approaches and pitches to new opportunities

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and processes.

Experience Required -

- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Program Management role within the Telecom/Banking/NBFC Industry.

Academia - MBA from a reputed institute
