JOB DESCRIPTION:
Functions: Retail Liabilities - Sales
Key Requirements : Candidate should be strong in excels, MIS Analytics, Data Analysis, Sales Strategy, Business Planning etc
Job Role:
- To develop and manage various initiatives and programs for acquisition channel viz. MARCS (Monthly Acquisition Rating charts) for sales supervisors, RACE (Reward and Career Enhancement Program) for acquisition frontliners, AAM Performance Consistency Club (APCC) for frontliners and sales supervisors, SPARC
- To co contribute in devising strategy, policies, formats for the acquisition channel and its business.
- To design and manage training contents for the Trainees, AAMs, BSMs, BMs and Knowledge series for the acquisition channel.
- To support in national and regional business reviews and sr. management presentations.
- To drive contest, R n R Program for promoting business for acquisition channel
- To drive HO lead campaigns along with CVM and Product team to enhance CASA productivity of the business.
- To engage with acquisition team for driving business and taking feedback on the various initiatives
- To manage and drive SOPs of BB and Sales roles.
- To supervise MIS function for the acquisition channel
- To Liaise with product team, marketing, HR, BIU and other central functions with regard to acquisition business requirement and initiatives.
- To support other strategic and digital initiatives relating to acquisition channel as per requirement
