Senior Manager/Chief Manager/AVP - Credit Risk - Buy Side - Asset Management Business

- Draft risk framework and policies for Asset management business along with monitoring adherence of the same

- Analyze deals done by funds - real estate, private credit, equity linked instruments

- Highlight key risks and suggest mitigations specific to deals

- Present deal specific risks to Investment Committee

- Detailed review of all deal covenants, balance sheet, cashflows and other changes like regulations, competition, business plans etc.

- Working closely with product team, compliance, and business sales team to ensure processes are well set within the defined organization policy

- Communication and co-ordination between various stakeholders to highlight the risk & take action wherever possible

- Identification of critical processes that can be automated and working closely with Internal technology team for automation of various risk processes

- Custodian of internal risk policies and approval matrix for all assessments

- Review of risk management policies including the quantification of our risk appetite through specific risk limits

- Assess exceptions to defined frameworks/policies for approval

- Prepare periodic analysis for reporting to senior management
